Scope and Contents The collection contains one broken glass plate negative of a Mr. Sherwood in uniform and one print reproduced from that negative. It also contains the discharge paper for George M. Hewins from 1865 for his service with the Massachusetts Heavy Artillery during the Civil War. Also included is the birth certificate record for Jessie Hewins, the marriage certificate for Jessie Hewins and Charles Sherwood from 1897, and their certificate of divorce from 1901.
