Harry A. Dean papers
28 volumes of handwritten diaries including typewritten summaries and typewritten copies of the diaries of Joseph H. Dean, Harry A. Dean's father. Scrapbooks, 298 items of correspondence, musical compositions, certificates, programs, autobiographies, and miscellaneous materials. The collection relate to Dean's teaching career and his interest in music including his translation of the Mormon hymnal into Samoan.
Dean S. Allan papers, 1999-2009, 1951
Material contains a handwritten memoir detailing Dean S. Allan's experiences serving in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Contains a photograph with Allan and his fellow crew members and pilots, which were all Latter-day Saints, in front of their B-29 bomber. Also contains a book that Allan wrote titled "The Twelfth Man" detailing his experiences and includes photographs of those experiences. Dated 1951, 1999-2009.
