Contains a 10-page typed autobiography of Myrtle K. Aiu detailing her conversion to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and some of her memorable spiritual experiences, including a trip to Hong Kong in 1969. Includes a typed postscript and envelope. Myrtle refers to this work as her "personal history." Materials dated 1978.
