Discusses getting injured while scouting and spending sometime in Japan at the end of the war. Also contains Sweson's answers to the Latter-day Saint Military Survey and a certificate indicating Swenson's receipt of the Valley Forge Teachers Medal. Dated 1968, approximately 2000.
