Scope and Contents Contains stories about government agencies. Items were collected by students in folklore classes at Brigham Young University, Utah State University, and the University of Utah in 2004. Most of the items are typewritten, but a few of the older items are handwritten. Many of the items contain a description of how, when, and where they were collected as well as explanations of social and cultural contexts.

Scope and Contents note Report by folklore student Brent Taylor, who collected information from Daniel Means. According to the story, a purported cement factory is actually a heavily secured government facility relating to extraterrestrials. It is brightly lit and active at midnight; pictures of it were not developed. On the other hand, tours are offered.
