A family is driving along the road in Hawaii when the father becomes tired and decides to pull off to the side and rest. Everyone in the car falls asleep but is awoken by the sound of the mother screaming as she is pulled out the driver's side window of the car. With some effort the father pulls her back in and then drives away. The grandmother says that there are old trails along the islands where the spirits of the dead walk...

Scope and Contents note Report by Neil Spencer, who collected information from Scott Daniels. A woman with a large sum of money stops at the Belle Hotel, and asks the manager for a secure room. In the middle of the night, several of the hotel's patrons are awakened by a woman screaming. The manager and several others try to open the secure room, but by the time they get in, the woman is decapitated. Both her money and her head are missing. They find no evidence of how the assailant entered or left the room. Three...
