Collection of McRay Magleby posters
Contains posters created by McRay Magleby about events and deadlines for events at Brigham Young University, and elsewhere in the area. There are also posters pertaining to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Dates range from 1979 to 1995.
Multimedia Unit records
Contains the DVDs and CD data discs of film shot by the Harold B. Lee Library multimedia unit from February 2012 and April 2013. The DVDs hold the final edited shoot that are accessible with the menu, while the CD data discs have each film segment individually accessible. Footage focuses on the Harold B. Lee Library, Brigham Young University campus and student events and life.

Materials include plans for the Harris Fine Arts Center, the Joseph Smith Building (with revised and remodeled versions), a key drawing for the Maeser Memorial Building, a red line print set "as built" for the Mathematical Science and Computer Building, and plans of BYU heating and the Physical Plant. Materials are on paper and acetate.
