Taylor and Brunton Sampling letter
Typewritten and signed letter dated 12 Aug. 1897 and addressed to L. Holbrook of Provo, Utah. The signature on the item is illegible. The sampling company informs Holbrook of the amounts of precious metals found in a sampling of ore.

Materials include 19 photographs taken between approximately 1880 and 1933. There are photographs of Utah gilsonite mines and of the communities surrounding them, including houses and individuals.
Henry Moore Teller letters

The items relate to the development of the western United States and to the nature of Teller's appointments within the Department of the Interior. Many of the items were addressed to Thomas F.
