Scope and Contents

This collection contains photographs, slides, and negatives from the world travels of Andrew Durkus. Places of travel include the Suez Canal, Egypt, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, New Mexico, China, Nepal, Singapore, and Arizona. The collection also contains postcards, a 100 year calendar, four pins, four scarab seals, an ivory fan, tour guides, and a Bible.

Scope and Contents This album includes photographs taken by J and Fae Heslop in 1990 in the Netherlands, Denmark, and Germany. From the Netherlands, there are pictures of windmills, canals, and street sweepers. From Denmark, there are photographs of churches and farms, a statue of Hans Christian Andersen, the Round Tower, Christianborg Castle, Bertel Thorvaldsen’s Christus and twelve apostles, Frederiksborg Castle, and the Kronborg Castle. This is primarily a collection of original Hansen prints, slides, and negatives and also includes photographic albums belonging to George Hansen, Afton Allred Hansen, and Bessie Hansen.

This album contains photographs taken by J Malan and Fae Heslop throughout Italy and Southern France in October through November 1990. Subjects include: chapels, statues, Santa Maria Del Fiore, sculpture by Michelangelo, the tower of Pisa, and the sea in Venice and Florence; family photographs in Angrogna; Marseille, France; Monaco; the Pièta and La Scala Opera House in Milan; the Alps; the Matterhorn; Mont Blanc; and Italian Castles. The creator identified this album as "album 4."

Scope and Contents

This collection contains one black and white postcard of Brigham Young, two color postcards of Brigham Young, and one color postcard with the poem "Brigham Young: Our Immortal Pioneer" written by Minnie J. Hardy on it. Also in the collection is a stero card of a sketch of Joseph Smith published by C.W. Carter, a color postcard of the Hill Cumorah, and a large black and white photograph of Norrano Lucca, Piarra della Liberta (Italy).
