Describes Flygare's personal life, pioneer memories, missionary experiences, LDS Church activities, leadership activities in business and civic activities in Sweden and Utah.
William Forman diary and biographies
Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typescript. Forman writes about his youth. He was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1851 and migrated to Utah in 1854. He lived in Salt Lake City, Utah Valley, and Heber City, Utah. He was fined for polygamy in 1891. Also included are three biographies of family members written by John Forman in 1932.
Luke William Gallup autobiography and diaries
Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a handwritten autobiography and diary. Gallup writes about his early life in Connecticut, his migration to Iowa, and how he joined the Mormon Church. Gallup moved to Springville, Utah, in 1851. He writes about his life in that town, his service during the Utah Expedition of 1857-8, his relationships to his wives, his mission for the Mormon Church to Connecticut. Gallup moved to Santa Ana, California, in 1888.

Paperbound copy of "George Carson and Ann Hough: A Chronology of Their Lives" (which includes bibliographical references), genealogical family group sheets of the Carson family, and photocopies of miscellaneous genealogical records. Also included are census information and the patriarchal blessing of Ann Hough Carson.
Thomas Giles autobiography
Photocopy of a typed autobiography of Thomas Giles taken from his journals and other sources. The item includes detailed accounts of the voyage to America, the campaign against Johnston's Army (1857-1858), and the weather and farming in Utah.
Biography : Henry Goddard
Photocopy of a microfilmed copy of a typewritten biography. Goddard was born in 1821 in England, joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1850, and migrated to Utah in 1855. He lived in Provo, Utah, and died in 1901.
Grandmother's pioneer stories
Typescript of an embellished pioneer story about Lurena Nebeker, whose husband told her not to take her dishes to Utah. She gave them away, but ended up taking them weset when her husband decided to carry a box belonging to a friend.
Alice Houghton Greenwood letter
Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten letter. Greenwood wrote a letter to her grandchildren that was later typed by the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. Greenwood wrote about her ealy life, migration to Utah in 1847, and gave her testimony of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
William Greenwood papers
Contains twelve handwritten, signed letters which concern Greenwood's conversion to Mormonism in England, his immigration to the United States, activities in Nauvoo, Illinois, and the 1847 trek to Salt Lake City and American Fork, Utah. Also includes a bound autobiography (plus typescript) written between 1869 and 1884.
