Materials collected and created by Clyde Max Bauer during his life. Includes autobiographical materials, books, a Shriner Children's Hospital contributor certificate, maps, particularly on the Wind River Basin in Wyoming, photographs of Glacier National Park, Masonic hats, and personal papers, and is largely related to his career as a ranger at Yellowstone National Park. Dated approximately 1896 to 1968.

Contains business records of the Cody-Sylvan Pass Motor Company, including profit and loss statements as well as correspondence regarding trips in automobiles through Yellowstone. Materials date from between 1915 and 1916.

Contains color pages of printed eBay listings of historic Yellowstone National Park items, showing item descriptions and final sale prices from the years 1998-2001. The pages were printed by Jack and Susan Davis in Bozeman, Montana, and maintained by Laurence and Thea Lancaster.

Content Description

Contains a letter written by Milton P. Skinner to Ms. Payne Bigelow of Syracuse, New York. He is writing from Yellowstone Park in Wyoming and telling her of his recent trip to the mountains. He tells her of the animals he has seen, the beautiful weather, and his love of the park. He also is commenting on Ms. Bigelow's recent trip to the west. Letter is dated July 20, 1925.

Contains two scrapbooks compiled by Kathryn Loitwood that document Margie Small's tours of both the East and West coasts of the United States. Includes maps, photographs, program and newspaper clippings, and handwritten captions and explanations. Describes some of the most famous landmarks of the United States, including those in Washington, D.C., New York, New England, Niagara Falls, and Yellowstone National Park. Materials dated 1934-1935.
