Elias Rector agreement
Handwritten and signed agreement, dated 25 June 1816, and regisered in St. Louis, Missouri. Recotor agrees to sell Thomas H. Benton land for $1,900. Benton was a St. Louis writer who later served as a U.S. Senator.
Pierre Bissonette agreement
Handwritten agreement in French, dated 30 April 1808, and recorded in the Saint Charles Parish of Louisiana. Bissonette agrees to sell Louis Tayon land in Saint Louis. This area may have been in Missouri. The item was signed and verified by Guy Duquette. Bissonette signed the item with a mark.
Christopher Carpenter agreement
Handwritten and signed agreement stating that Christopher Carpenter will deed land to Gabriel Cerre. The item is in Spanish, dated November 1803, and registered in St. Louis, Missouri.

Handwritten and signed certificate, dated 3 April 1819, and registered in St. Louis, Missouri. The item certifies that the payment for mill property had been given my Sylvestre Labbadie to John Milton Cotrell.
Sylvestre Labbadie agreement
Handwritten and signed agreement, dated 1 Sept. 1817, and registered in St. Louis, Missouri. Labbadie stated he will transfer title of four lots in St. Louis, Missouri, to Obadiah Osborn when $1,000 was paid to him. Osborn had three years to make the payment. In the meantime, the debt would accrue 8% interest per year.
