Handwritten and printed certificates. One is a "Declaration of Intention to become a citizen of the United States," and the other is a "Certificate of Citizenship" for the United States. Poulson applied for and received citizenship for the U.S. in Provo, Utah.

Priesthood blessing for Emmeline B. Wells, 1900 November 9
Typed copy of blessing given to Wells by members of the First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, Heber J. Grant being voice. This blessing was given prior to Wells' attending the National Council of Women at Minneapolis, Minnesota. Includes two additional copies.
