Wylma J. Callahan Ade autobiography

Scope and Contents Typewritten autobiography. Ade was born in Iowa in 1920. She served as a nurse in the United States military from 1942 to 1946. She served on the island of Espirutu Santo in the New Hebrides and in other areas as well. She also writes about her conversion to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Ade worked for many years as a public health nurse and retired in 1979.

She served in field hospitals in Europe and in the Philippines. During the Korean War, she served in Hawaii. Gunnell achieved the rank of major.
