Scope and Contents Handwritten and signed letter dated 19 Sept. 1889 and addressed to Samuel Russell of Logan, Utah. The item was written in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mitchell asks Russell to come to Skull Valley, Utah to operate a steam sawmill for the Hawaiian members of the Mormon Church who had settled there.
