Scope and Contents A 30-page typed lecture given by Utah Judge, Orlando W. (O.W.) Powers, on "The Old Fashioned Woman" in, approximately, the year 1897. He states that his purpose in this lecture was to identify the virtues in the Mothers of Israel, and throughout it praises those characteristics comparatively to the modern women. A label on a back panel is assumed to be written by the collector, Isaac Brockbank, Jr.
