Scope and Contents Materials include transcriptions of the journals of Ethel Johnson Lewellen. Journals contain excerpts of her financial records, daily activities, and grocery lists, and document her daily life and community events. Also includes newspaper clippings and family history materials. Collection contains compact discs with electronic transciptions of the journals; the original journals are in the donor's possession. Dated from 1935 to 1972.

Scope and Contents Contains the family history documents of Ross J. Meldrum's ancestors. Includes accounts of his parents' lives written by themselves, records of his grandparents, and other ancestors. Materials include photographs, newspaper clippings of obituaries of family members, funeral service programs for ancestors, books of family history, and personal documents such as birth certificates, awards, and military service records. Dated 1836-2007.

Diane Monson collection of Monson family history

Abstract The collection contains six documents. The first two are histories of the life of Weldon Parkinson Monson by his daughter, Diane Monson, called "A tribute to my father's life", and "My Father, Weldon Parkinson Monson." Also included are two articles on Mormonism relating to Weldon Monson. Diane Monson also included her writing entitled "My Mother, Erma Jergensen Monson." The last is a photociped "Recollection of his mission" written by Weldon W. Monson.

Morgan Stake history

Abstract The Morgan Stake history is a typed history that accounts from the beginning of the Morgan Stake in 1877 until 1981. The history relates the settling of Morgan, the history of the church buildings, and the biographies of the church leaders in the Morgan Stake. Also included are the biographical sketches of all the stake presidents of the Morgan Stake.

Oral history interview with Wanda Whatcott Johnson

Abstract This is the personal history of Wanda Whatcott Johnson which was created from an oral history interview conducted by Don Norton in 1980. Later, the family created this 188 page manuscript and a copy was given to Norton in 1987. Norton states in his letter that this history’s value is in that it shows Johnson, who was mostly deaf, learning to read lips and impressing hearing specialists.

"Our Life Story" by Theo G. and Mirla Morgan

Scope and Contents Contains the life histories of Theo and Mirla Morgan. It relates both of their childhoods and circumstances being raised on ranches in Idaho. Their high school years are covered as well as their marriage, family life, and experience on their own family ranch. Pictures of their family are also included within the book. Materials are dated 2007.

James Allen Parkinson scrapbook

Identifier: MSS 413

Scope and Contents Scrapbook of newspaper clippings of biographies of various residents of Grantsville, Utah, one of which is dated 1936. Also included is a brief, handwritten history of Grantsville describing history up to 1956, and a program for the dedication of the post office in Grantsville in 1962 at which James Parkinson gave the benediction. Collection dated approximately 1936 to 1962.
