Mary Jameson Judah letters received

Scope and Contents Handwritten letters to Judah from her spouse John, Henry B. Fuller, and Blanche Bates. Her husband's letters date from 1879-1880 while he was in the Rocky Mountains investigating mining investments, and discuss personal and business matters. The Fuller letters detail his future writing plans. The Blake Letter describes a theater production in Chicago. Also included are a certificate for five shares of Arena Publishing Company stock owned by Mary Judah and a death announcement for Lew Wallace.

James Whitcomb Riley letters

Scope and Contents Contains five handwritten and signed letters to John M. and Mary Jameson Judah. The letters discuss travel and lecture plans of Mr. Riley and arrangements to stay at the Judah's home.
