Typewritten manuscripts of Rogers's plays about the Mountain Meadows Massacre, a Mormon family during General Conference time, and Helmuth Hübener. There are also photocopies of newspaper clippings, correspondence, typewritten scripts, various drafts of scripts, a printed working script, handwritten research notes, play reviews, criticism of the plays by friends and associates, and articles about Roger's writing career. Many of the items relate to the controversial nature of some of his plays.
