Typewritten story with handwritten corrections. The story is a fictionalized account of a young woman living in New Harmony, Utah. In the item, Chamberlain tells about her life in nineteenth century Utah.
Mary E. Woolley Chamberlain : handmaiden of the Lord
Bound typewritten autobiography of Mary Woolley Chamberlain. Mary lived in St. George, Kanab, Provo, and Salt Lake City, Utah. She gives detailed accounts of family life, Mormon Church activities, and events in these towns and in Utah in general from her birth to 1936 when she wrote her history. This record was compiled, typed, and put with genealogy work-sheets and photographs probably in 1981. Also included are tributes to Mary by family members.
Solomon Chamberlain autobiography
Photocopy of a typed copy of Solomon Chamberlain's autobiography. He describes spiritual experiences before his conversion and talks about prospecting for gold in California.
Thomas Chamberlain diaries

W. H. Chamberlin ledger books
Materials include seven ledger books kept by W. H. Chamberlin related to mining development in the Utah Territory. Much of what is indicated in the ledgers has to do with individuals mining for ore. Dated 1873-1894.

Handwritten and signed letter discussing property divisions and land prices in the Walnut Hills area of Cincinatti, Ohio. The letter was addressed to John C. Pulliam of Cambridge, Missouri.
