Barry Wride journal and autobiography
Holograph diary covering April, 1867 to July, 1868 while on a Latter-day Saint Church mission to Wales; retrospective account of his life 1833-1867, 1868-1901 was written in 1901. Entries continue to 1903. Also includes an 8 p. entry by George Thomas Wride, 1 p. entry by Barry Wride's grandchild, a transcript of Wride's patriarchal blessing and a family genealogical record.
W. Thomas Wride biographies
Contains biographies for Lewis William Barry Wride, 1862-1934 and Harriet Stark Wride, 1868-1944; Alma Baker, 1877-1950 and Hannah McKinley Baker, 1870-1946; and Daniel Stark, 1820-1907. The collection also consists of Philip J. Hart's autobiography, his personal journals 1932-1999; scrapbooks, photographs, and materials relating to Hart's career.
Alexander Wright mission journal
Journal by Wright, March 1839 to January 1843, records his journey from Nauvoo, Illinois to the East Coast, his missionary efforts there and then his missionary labors in Scotland. He was one of the first missionaries to the country. It includes an account of his return on the Ship Sydney, and his activities in Altoona, Pennsylvania. His genealogy, financial accounts and some miscellaneous notations are included, including some work he performed on the Nauvoo Temple.
Alexander Walter Wright diaries
Handwritten diaries written by Alexander Wright and his wife, Emma Elizabeth Reeve Wright. These journals were kept while the couple was on a Mormon mission in New Zealand. Two of the diaries were kept by Alexander and three were kept by Emma.

The collection also contains opera programs, magazines, clippings, and photographs featuring Marilyn Horne as a performer and spans the dates 1960-2003.
