The collection contains handwritten notations on printed columns. The materials trace the price of various agricultural items and certain foods in Provo, Salt Lake City, and St. George, Utah from 1852-1910.

Bound typewritten autobiography of Mary Woolley Chamberlain. Mary lived in St. George, Kanab, Provo, and Salt Lake City, Utah. She gives detailed accounts of family life, Mormon Church activities, and events in these towns and in Utah in general from her birth to 1936 when she wrote her history. This record was compiled, typed, and put with genealogy work-sheets and photographs probably in 1981. Also included are tributes to Mary by family members.

Typewritten biography of Mary Ann Brown Clark (1859-1962). Mrs. Dixon writes about Mary Clark, who died at the age of 103 and was thought to have been the oldest woman in Utah at that time. Mrs. Dixon relates the experiences of Mary Clark while she was living in Pleasant Grove, Panguitch, St. George, and Provo, Utah.

Typewritten transcript of an interview conducted by Albert Winkler (1949- ) on 22 Aug. 1982. Miles talks about her family, her experiences in growing up in Bunkerville, and about working one summer in the Provo, Utah area.

This collection is a typescript of memoirs by Flora Snow Woolley which was compiled and illustrated by Julius Woolley Dalley. Flora describes her early life in Salt Lake City, Provo, and St. George, Utah; her life as a polygamous wife and a young mother; her experiences on the "underground" to avoid arrest by federal officials for polygamy; and the rearing and educating of her own and her husband's other wife's children.
