Scope and Contents Contains holographs, photographs, and typescripts of journals, dated July 20 to December 27, 1861, and January 1, 1862 to December 31, 1863. The journals describe Ajax's activities as a missionary for the Mormon Church in England and Wales and include some newspaper clippings, part of which are from the Udgorn Seion, the Mormon publication in Wales. "The Andrus Recorder," vol. 1 no. 1, Oct. 1964. The "Recorder" was dedicated to family news, history, and genealogy. This item includes an autobiography of Milo Andrus (1814-1893) composed in 1875. Milo was a Mormon pioneer, missionary, and colonizer who eventually settled in St. George, Utah.

Catherine Ellen Camp Greer anecdotes and reminiscences

Typewritten autobiography. Greer was born in Dresden, Tennessee, in 1837. After her parents joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she moved with them to Nauvoo, Illinois. She migrated to Utah in 1850 and settled in Bountiful. She later moved to southern Arizona where she lived in Woodruff.
