Homer and Crockett family histories
Collection includes typewritten copies of family histories, correspondence, and biographies believed to have been compiled by Rachel Maretta Homer Crocket. The materials relate to the Homer and Crockett families that were associated with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for many years. The items cover a wide range of topics over many years. Included are biographies of Russell King Homer, William Harrison Homer, and Rose Homer Widtsoe.

Handwritten and signed family history and autobiography. Tanner writes about her family joining the Mormon Church, its migration to Nauvoo, Illinois, and its eventual arrival in Utah. She also mentions her marriage in a polygamous relationship and her life in Payson, Utah.

Printed programs of musical productions largely on Mormon themes, a hymn written by Eliza R. Snow, and a typewritten history of the founding of the Young Men's Mutual Improvement Association of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Tuba City, Arizona history
Photocopy of typescript of a newspaper article that appeared July 24, 1932, in the Arizona Republic which discusses the history of the Mormon settlement in Tuba City and the settlement of the Navajos on a reservation in that area.
John Van Cott papers
Correspondence, diaries, and a family history. The correspondence is between Van Cott and family members. Also included are handwritten and signed letters from Brigham Young, second president of the Mormon Church, to Van Cott. The diaries cover the time when Van Cott served as a missionary for the Mormon Church from 1852 to 1856 and from 1859 to 1862. He was in Iowa City, Iowa, when the first handcart companies left for Utah.
Westover family history
Holograph and photocopies of letter dated July 22, 1877, from Joanna Matilda Erickson Westover to her husband, Edwin Lycurgus Westover; a biographical sketch of Joanna Westover; and genealogical information on the Westover family. The biographical sketch was written by Joanna's granddaughter, Mary Westover Carroll.
