Wallace F. Bennett papers
Octave Chanute letter to J. Brisben Walker
Handwritten and signed letters addressed to J. Brisben Walker. The March 6, 1892 item concerns articles on aeronautics written by Chanute which Walker has requested for publication in the Cosmopolitan Magazine. The September 7, 1892 item discusses availability of engines and boilers for aerial machines and announces prizes for an "aerial" contest.
Clarence Cottam papers
Correspondence, reports, articles, notes, minutes, essays, certificates, and miscellaneous items. The materials relate to Cottam's numerous professional activities while working im many capacities for the United States government and for Brigham Young University. The items largely deal with Cottam's work as an ecologist and as a conservationist.
Michael Faraday letter
Handwritten and signed letter dated May 1, 1867. Faraday writes to a Walter White of the "Royal Academy." Faraday states that an "ingot" should be received by White shortly. This Walter White may have been the English author who lived from 1811 to 1893.
Thaddeus Mason Harris letter
Handwritten and signed letter, addressed to T. William Harris, dated 17 Jan. 1834, and composed in Charleston, South Carolina. Thaddeus writes to his son about family matters and their shared interest in collecting birds, squirrels, mice, and moles.
Sven Anders Hedin letter
Handwritten letter dated November 22, 1931 and addressed to "Mr. Fleener." The item was written in Stockholm, Sweden. Hedin writes concerning his work, "The Golden Pavilion of Jehol" for the Century of Progress Exposition in Chicago in 1933.
Lynn Mowat papers relating to invention of television
The Lynn Mowat papers consist of newspaper clippings and correspondence relating to Philo Farnsworth and the development of the television tube. Most of the correspondence is between George Everson, the vice president of Farnsworth Television Inc., and Lynn Mowat.

Two notebooks and five incoming letters. Four of the letters are from companies trying to sell Dr. West various medicines. One notebook contains magazine clippings on religious topics. The other notebook contains holograph notes on various issues relating to the Bible.
