Typewritten biography of Justus Wellington Seeley. Seeley was born in Salt Lake City, Utah; moved to San Bernardino, California; saw human bones at the site of the Mountain Meadows Massacre on the way back to Utah; lived several places in Utah; stood guard during the Black Hawk War against the Ute Indians; and eventually settled in Castle Dale, Utah.

James Allen Parkinson scrapbook
Scrapbook of newspaper clippings of biographies of various residents of Grantsville, Utah, one of which is dated 1936. Also included is a brief, handwritten history of Grantsville describing history up to 1956, and a program for the dedication of the post office in Grantsville in 1962 at which James Parkinson gave the benediction. Collection dated approximately 1936 to 1962.
Robbers Roost : Caste Gate payroll robbery
Photocopy of a typewritten history of a payroll robbery. Jensen writes a history of outlaws at Robber's Roost, Utah, and tells the story of a payroll robbery in 1897 in which $9000 was stolen by Butch Cassidy and others. The date of the composition of the item is uncertain.
