William F. Butt papers
Diaries, 1887-1895; correspondence, 1883-1897; financial records, Lehi, Utah, Ward record book; patriarchal blessings; mission records; and biographies of family members. Also included are the diaries of Butt's wife, Laura Ellen Bushman Butt, 1896-1897. The materials document William Butt's life in Lehi, Utah, and his service as a missionary for the Mormon Church to the Northern States.

Also includes copies of his poetical writings.
Jesse Knight papers
Collection includes various biographical materials of Jesse Knight, such as patriarchal blessings, the biography of Knight by Inez Knight Allen, funeral tributes to Jesse Knight, legal and financial records of the Blue Bench Irrigation Company, and correspondence concerning the Jesse Knight Trust Fund established for Brigham Young University students. Also included are writings about Knight by Mark Allen. Materials dated approximately 1856 to 2000, with the bulk dated 1856 to 1960.

Typescript copies of correspondence, blessings, a biographical sketch, genealogy, a letter of recommendation, letters to Martindale from James Martindale (1856) and from Orson Hyde (1848), genealogical record of the Martindale family, a photograph of Martindale, and Martindale's patriarchal blessing by Hyrum Smith (1843) (some photocopies). Job Smith autobiography and letters received
Typewritten autobiography and photocopies of handwritten letters received by Smith. Also included are typescripts of Job Smith's "Recollections" of the first president of the Mormon Church, Joseph Smith (1805-1844), and photocopies of handwritten and typewritten certificates. The letters are from prminent Mormon Church leaders. Also included is a photocopy of a handwritten patriarchal blessing received by Smith.
Genevieve Tietjen papers
Correspondence, speeches, memorabilia, newspaper clippings, biographies, autobiographies, and patriarchal blessings for the Mormon Church. The materials relate to Genevieve Tietjen and her husband, Henry Roland Tietjen, particularly when Henry served as a mission president for the Mormon Church in Hawaii. The biographies and autobiographies relate largely to Sarah' ancestors.
