Contains research materials, data from deeds, plot maps, and quotes from journals and oral history interviews, concerning the origin of the name "Temple Hill" in the 1870s, the area subsequently occupied by Brigham Young University (13 items). Includes song, "A Temple at Brigham Young University."

Contains various types of documents, mostly relating to the study of the Latin American author Jorge Luis Borges. The materials in the Ted Lyon research papers are largely articles, handwritten documents and miscellaneous research papers, though there are some photographs included. There is also a section of the collection that focuses solely on Jorge Luis Borges' visit to the campus of Brigham Young University.

Scope and Contents Contains the research materials of Boyd Petersen, which include newspaper articles, oral histories, letters, and other related materials that he used to write the biography of Hugh Nibley. There is also correspondence of Hugh Nibley, some of his published works, articles about him, family papers, and other materials.
