Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typewritten biography of William Armstrong by Coddington. Armstrong was born in 1805 in Scotland, joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and migrated to Utah in 1853. He worked in Salt Lake City, Utah, but later moved to American Fork, Utah, where he died in 1895.

Scope and Contents Photocopy of a microfilm copy of a typescript. Little writes about his youth and his participation in the war with Mexico. He tells about his conversion to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1849 and his subsequent migration to Utah in the same year. Little writes about his marriage to Mary Jane Lytle in December of 1849 and troubles with Indians in Utah Valley, Utah. Photocopy of a microfilm copy of an printed brochure. The item includes an "autobiographical sketch" which Annie dictated to her son, Albert E. Bowen. Annie tells about her early life in England, her joining the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1851, her migration to Utah in 1861, and her move to Samaria, Idaho, in 1876. Also included is a copy of the funeral services for Annie in 1929.
