Scope and Contents Includes a 149-page holograph diary kept by Eliza Ann Bennion from 1871 to 1876, while living on the "Bennion Ranch" near Vernon, in Rush Valley, Utah. Records the daily activities of a young woman in 19th century Utah, including helping her mother, doing chores, and going to church and school. She also tells of visits to family members in Taylorsville, Utah. Most entries are brief and recount simple incidents. Louis Orson Brandley journal

Scope and Contents

Contains a thumbdrive with a transcribed copy of journals written by Louis Orson Brandley between 1950 and 1983. Materials record daily life in Utah and Alberta, Canada, and focus particularly on family, including Louis's wife, children, and grandchildren. Emphasis is placed on family activity in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Also contains an autobiographical life history about Louis's early childhood.

Norma Elliott collection of Addison Pratt materials

Connie Hoglund papers

Photocopy of a handwritten journal of Connie Hoglund written between the years 1972 and 1978. Also included in the collection is a transcript of Hoglund's "patriarchal blessing" by a Mormon patriarch as well as other copies of blessings and certificates relating to the Hoglund family.

Ethel Johnson Lewellen journals

Materials include transcriptions of the journals of Ethel Johnson Lewellen. Journals contain excerpts of her financial records, daily activities, and grocery lists, and document her daily life and community events. Also includes newspaper clippings and family history materials. Collection contains compact discs with electronic transciptions of the journals; the original journals are in the donor's possession. Dated from 1935 to 1972.
