Contains correspondence, reports, audio and video recordings, transparencies, slides, photographs, and other materials created and collected by the office. Includes information on university admissions, technology, international relations, commencement, financial aid, scholarships, spring and summer programs, freshmen students, undergraduate students. Also contains information on professional organizations for college registrars. Materials date from between 1963 and 2001.

Contains video and audio tapes of conferences, sporting events, classes, concerts, theater performances, and other events on Brigham Young University campus from 1949 to 1993.

Contains reports, evaluations, self-studies, accreditations, research articles, missionary research data, audiocassettes and miscellaneous electronic equipment related to the department. Materials date from between 1964 and 1998.

Contains videotapes of various conferences and lectures that were filmed by the Division of Continuing Education between the years of 1980 and 1988. The majority of the videotapes in this collection are of lectures given by Stephen R. Covey. Also featured are Daniel H. Ludlow, Robert K. Thomas, Ralph Laycock, Lez DeAzevedo, Harold G. Clark, and others; as well as a few random tapes of highlights from football games.

Contains correspondence between Brigham Young University officials, leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and other people involved in the construction of the Jerusalem Center for Near Eastern Studies. Also includes newspaper articles, written reports, video materials, financial records, and other material concerning the Jerusalem Center. Dates range from 1968 to 1994.

Contains the working files of C. Wilfred Griggs on the Ramses II exhibit at Brigham Young University. This includes budget records, publicity, legal records, files on Ramses II lecture and lecturers, awards, complaints, and meeting minutes. Dated 1985-1987.

Contains two video recordings honoring retirees from the Harold B. Lee Library. The first video features A. Dean Larsen, Chad J. Flake, and Gloria D. Jenson. The second video features Sterling J. Albrecht.

Two videotape copies of footage of the Invitational Track Meet held at Brigham Young University in 1927.

Contains a speech given by Rich on the establishment of KBYU and a video documenting Rich's career at KBYU as well as three DVDs containing "The Rich Years" and a recording of Dr. Rich's retirement party.
