This is a collection of short essays. They deal with the doctrines of the Catholic Church roughly from the years 1500 to 1700. Topics include the doctrine of baptism, the nature of the Apocryphal books, explanations of certain scriptures from the Bible, the celibacy of priests, papal infallibility, the existence and nature of God, the Trinity, the Holy Spirit, and the development of the Protestant Churches.
