Last three pages of a letter signed by Helen Hunt, beginning with page 3. Mentions improbability of finding a purchaser for a rundown farm, and her desire for as many east- and west-facing rooms as possible in a new house. Pages not dated, but may postdate death of her first husband, Edward Hunt, in 1863.
