Scope and Contents
Copy of a letter signed by Ndem and nineteen others, self-proclaimed members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, asking the Church to send representatives, economic aid, and authorization to pursue the work of the Church in Nigeria. Includes a photograph of the signators, who called themselves the "Central Board of Elders, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints - Nigeria." This copy of the letter was sent to Ariel S. Ballif, foreign student advisor at Brigham Young University. Accompanied by envelope fragment containing return mailing address.
