Letter from Paul Horgan to Mr. John Bennett Shaw of the Tulsa City-County Library Commission declining an invitation to come to Tulsa, Oklahoma, in March of 1963. Horgan had recently relocated to Middletown, Connecticut, to work in Wesleyan University.
