Frank James letter
Scope and Contents
Handwritten letter written in Kearney, Missouri, dated 7 July 1906, and addressed to his nephew, Jesse. The letter states, "Dear Jesse. Do not forget cartridges 38 Cal 1873 Modell Winchester. Also bring one cleaning stick in 3 pieces so I can put it in brich of gun One of them that screws together. It must not be less than 26 inches in length Your affct Uncle Frank James."
