Letter from Beaver, Utah
Scope and Contents
Handwritten letter from Beaver, Utah by unknown author dated 1874 or 1879. The letter is addressed to Harper and Brothers regarding an edition of "Harper's Weekly, A Journal of Civilization." The author mentions they are "somewhat puzzled" with the last issue of the magazine that included information about "Mormons" in Utah and offers corrections about these topics. The last pages of the letter, including the author's signature, are missing.
