Handwritten and signed letter, dated 12 Sept. 1902, and addressed to E. Cox. The item was written in Valencia, Spain. Dutmir writes to his brother-in-law concerning his imprisonment in Spain, the welfare of his daughter, Emily, his finances, his political reversals during the revolution, and the events leading to his improsonment.
