Scope and Contents
Larson photographs, circa 1860-1969 collection contains about 750 slides and 200 photographs related to travel in various countries of the world. It also contains photographs related to his mission, family, friends, and his research. It also includes several film strips and microfiche.

It is the responsibility of the researcher to obtain any necessary copyright clearances. Permission to publish material from Larson photographs must be obtained from the Supervisor of Reference Services and/or the L. Tom Perry Special Collections Board of Curators.
Biographical / Historical
Larson was an educator in seminaries and institutes of the LDS Church. He was also a professor of history at Brigham Young University and author of approximately 53 books and articles. He served as president of the Swedish Mission for the LDS Church.
