Includes a four-page advertisement stylized as a newspaper extra, with photographs, and a poster advertisement. Materials were collected by Ardis E. Parshall during her research on the film. Biographical / Historical
Ardis E. Parshall is a blogger, author, editor, and independent research historian of late 19th and early 20th century history of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Ardis has previously written for the Salt Lake Tribune, and as of 2023 was still an active historical opinion piece contributor. She writes the blog, Keepapitchinin.org, featuring stories from Latter-day Saint history uncovered in the course of her primary source research. Ardis is the author of "The Corianton Saga," published in 2022, and has edited various works, including "Mormonism: A Historical Encyclopedia," and "Dime Novel Mormons." In 2021, the Mormon Historical Association established the Ardis E. Parshall Public History Award in her honor.
