Flora Rose Clark (1947- ) is the wife of Kenneth Wayne Clark.
Flora Rose Watkins was born on October 4, 1947 in Redlands, California to Ancil Ned Watkins and Flora Bell Brewer. She married Kenneth Wayne Clark on May 19, 1967.
