Provo Canyon water development and Provo cemetery photographs
Scope and Contents
This collection contains six photographs of Provo Canyon showing water development on the Provo River and two photographs of the Provo cemetery. One photograph shows the wooden flume and penstock constructed to carry water to the Nunn hydroelectric power plant and later the Olmsted power plant both located in Provo Canyon. Another photograph shows a wooden and rock diversion dam on the Provo River. The two photographs of the cemetery show headstones but the writing on the stones is not readable. Photographs were created approximately 1897-1912.
