Biographical History

Katherine Orrison (1948- ) is a film historian who specializes in the work of Cecil B. Demille.

Katherine Orrison was born on November 18, 1948. She has worked on more than thirty films in the capacity of associate producer, art director, set decorator, costumer, and production manager. A contributing writer to Cult Movies magazine for the past six years, she also writes film histories. Written in Stone is her second book on movie-making during Hollywood's Golden Era.
