Biographical History

Sterling J. Albrecht (born 1937) earned a bachelor of science degree in 1962 from the University of Utah. In 1971 he received a master's in library science from Brigham Young University. He started working for the J. Reuben Clark Library in 1971. He became library director of the Harold B. Lee Library in 1982 and continued in this capacity until retiring in 2002.
