Prints of Crazy Horse Mountain
Scope and Contents note
The collection contains two prints concerning the unfinished Crazy Horse monument in the Black Hills of South Dakota. The first print, a signed drawing by the artist Marinka Ziolkowski Caruso, is a portrait of the sculptor of the Crazy Horse Mountain, Korczak Ziolkowski. The second print is a color design for the finished monument titled "The Future of Crazy Horse Memorial." This print includes a brief history of the memorial below the drawing, and is signed by both E. Christopherson and Korczak Ziolkowski. Both prints date from circa 1980.
