Marion B. Phillips letters
Scope and Contents note
The Marion B. Phillips letters consists of two letters. The first letter dates from 10 April 1936 and was sent from President Herbert Hoover to Miss Marion B. Phillips. The second letter dates from 18 February 1937 and discusses the limitations of cartoons in town newspapers.
