Biographical History
Ralph Bay Hutchings (b. 1917) was a physician in California. He was born 26 July 1917. He served in France as a young missionary and graduated from medical school. He presided over the France Toulouse Mission and served in Zaire, Africa, with his wife as missionary.
Biographical History
Jean C. Hutchings (b. 1926) is the wife of Ralph Bay Hutchings. She was born 26 September 1926 in Detroit, Michigan. She served with her husband in Zaire, Africa as the first Mormon missionaries.
