Scope and Contents note
The Arthur B. Erekson autobiography includes many volumes of scrapbook type autobiographies which give a glimpse into his life. Included are the condensed version which range from 1906-1986, periods 1-8: 1906-1986, periods 13-22: 1956-1968. The autobiography contains personal accounts, letters, and photographs dealing with Erekson's personal and professional life. Much of the collection deals with his work in the food industry.

Biographical History
Arthur B. Erekson was born on 25 June 1906 in Murray, Utah to John and Marguerite Elizabeth Oberlander Erekson. He received his Bachelors in education and a teaching certificate to teach high school in 1928. He married Lenora Elfreda Malan 9 August 1939 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He died 7 June 2006.
