Scope and Contents
Frederick A. Caine collected these five photographs during his mission to Japan for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints circa 1902-1904. Three of the photographs are other missionaries in the field, two of the photographs presumably depict members of the church in Japan. Interpretation of the Japanese characters on the photographs indicates that these are collected by (or given to) Frederick A. Caine during his time as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Japan.
