Biographical History
A Lubbock graphic artist, historian, petroleum draftsman, and poet, Fred H. Cowart II was also Chief illustrator for Reese Air Force Base. He composed The Firepower Theme, which was written in 1983 in honor of the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds aerobatics team.
